Because the cell module works in the open air all the year round, the EVA film used for mudule encapsulating needs to withstand different regional environment and harsh climate. By virtue of its technical advantages in field of hot melt bonding materials and cooperation with East China University of Technology, Shanghai Tianyang has successfully developed EVA film JCC-105 and other series producs for cell module encapsulating and got certificate of SGS, UL and TUV. We are in domestic leading level in peeling strength, shrinkage, transmittance, crosslinking degree, aging resistance and other aspects of similar products. It can improve cell module transmittance, prevent water vapor penetration, resist high/low temperature, resist UV aging, ensure long-term stable and efficient using, it is a new reliable encapsulating material.
